Quality Assurance

Process Control
TTC adheres to AS9100C and ISO 9001:2008 guidelines for design, development, qualification, first article inspection, process validation, process control and documentation. Facility-wide ESD control compliant to ANSI/ESD S20.20-2007 is maintained.
Every assembly is traceable through the manufacturing process using process travelers. Operator proficiency is maintained through appropriate training and certification programs.
Product Assurance
TTC products are manufactured and inspected to ANSI/IPC-A-610D level 3 workmanship requirements, and all assemblies are subjected to 100% visual inspection and performance testing.
In-house processing for SMT, JTAG Boundary Scan technology, thru-hold soldering and numerous Automated Test Equipment (ATE) capabilities ensure that TTC ships only equipment that is flaw free.
TTC provides optional expanded product assurance testing including extended product burn-in and environmental stress screening for temperature and vibration.
Reliability Engineering
The Quality Assurance department at TTC uses reliability modeling and prediction to generate Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) data, to conduct Failure Modes and Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and parts application and stress analysis.
Product Validation & Qualification
TTC ensures that every piece of equipment is performance tested and validated before it is shipped. In-house environmental screening and qualification includes temperature, vibration, shock pressure and humidity tests and EMI/EMC testing capability has recently been introduced. If a required test is not available on site at TTC, fully qualified third party vendors are available to complete it with minimal turn around time.
